Pennoyer Families,
I had an amazing first week as principal of Pennoyer! In my 20 years in education, this was honestly the most special week I've ever experienced. The students, staff, and families have been absolutely wonderful and supportive. I'm so proud to help lead our school, and I know how lucky I am to be part of this community. I hope to see a lot of you out at our Back to School Fun Fair today after school from 4-6pm, and I hope a lot of you can make it on Monday night next week, Sept. 12th for the Meet & Greet With the New Principal that I'm hosting in the Pennoyer gym at 6pm. This will be a great opportunity for us to meet each other in person, get to know one another more, and begin to have thoughtful and collaborative discussions on how to continue to move Pennoyer forward.

I couldn't be more proud of our entire staff and how much they rocked it during the first week of school. They were so positive, welcoming, and supportive to each and every one of our students. As I walked in and out of classrooms all week, I saw students engaged, connecting with each other, learning procedures and expectations, and having fun!!! Pennoyer Pride All The Way...
